Ordering
Orders can be accepted by this web site, and is the recommended means
of ordering. We also accept orders by telephone and post.
Phone orders:
If you wish to order by
telephone please ensure to have your details and card number ready. It is also
very useful if you have the order codes of the items you wish to order, as this
will enable you to order more quickly. The order codes are listed next to each
buy button on the Englishpostbox.com web site, and stated beside each price
in the Englshpostbox.com mail order catalogue.

Postal orders:
Please send all postal orders to the address below. It is recommended to include
the order codes of each item you require, which are shown beside each buy button
on this web site. Please also include, the full address of the card holder,
the delivery address and gift message (if applicable), state whether you require
any gift packaging and supply your full card number including the expiry date
and three digit number on the back of the card. For Maestro and Solo cards,
an issue number or valid from date is also required.

placed by 3:00pm the same working day allowing you to receive the next working
day (UK only).

Returning a receiving
item
All goods must be sent with a returns confirmation from Englishpostbox.com.
Any goods received without any prior confirmation will not be processed. Englishpostbox.com
may charge for the returning of un-authorized goods. Our returns policy can

If an item is faulty or
damaged a refund of return postage is given on a reasonable amount.

If you have not received your order within 2 weeks from the despatch

Englishpostbox.com was launched in August 2008. It is a new service
from a team which has been specialists in mail order for 20 years. If you wish

which we can recommend. We know from experience shipping charges can make an
ideal gift costly. We believe our charges are fair with the advantage of a fast
delivery.
If you have left that present
buying too late to look around the high street we can take an order up to 3:00pm
for despatch that day (Mondays to Fridays). Please telephone if you have past
this time, we still may be able to ship the same day with no extra charge.
